Enhance your Efficiency with the NEOS Policy Servicing Portal

The NEOS Policy Servicing Portal helps advisers manage their business efficiently and profitably.

 

Over the past few months, NEOS has made several enhancements to improve the user experience and overall functionality, including:  

 

  • NEOS Library:  All the forms and documents you need for all products on the NEOS Platform. 
  • My Requests menu: A record of all alteration requests made in the portal.  
  • Inforce quoting enhancement: Change the premium frequency from monthly to yearly and vice versa across ordinary and SMSF policies. 
  • Client summary tab enhancements: Provides a quick snapshot of cover details across your client’s policies.   
  • Payment details: Viewing and updating payment details across your clients’ super and ordinary policies.  
  • Beneficiary details: Viewing all types of beneficiaries and editing non-binding beneficiaries.  

These enhancements are in addition to the below existing features that were incrementally rolled out this year. 

  • Inforce quoting  
  • Reporting  
  • Premium projections  
  • Ongoing enhancements to user experience and 
  • Client summary, including certificate of currency.
